Happy November!

November is here and with it has come the cold weather. If you live in Georgia you may understand. The weather here is so bipolar it's crazy! I don’t know about you, but I FREEZE! There is nothing like cuddling up next to your significant other or getting under some warm blankets drinking hot chocolate. So we welcome you cold because it is starting to feel like the holidays.

What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Unfortunately my Fiancé has to work so I will be spending my Thanksgiving split between him and the station and my family. This year my family is not putting on a huge family dinner with all of the trimmings because most of it winds up in the trash (HONESTY) This was my Grandmas favorite Holiday and her birthday circled around it. She passed my Junior year in high school (2015). Since then Thanksgiving really hasn’t been the same. So instead we are going to spend the day together watching the parade and eating some kind of food. My vote pizza or chinese food (YUM).

Although we are not throwing out the big meal all together, my Fiances family always has their big dinner so my family has decided to join in on the festivies for the second year in a row. Except this Thanksging will be celebrated a day early (November 27th) do to Brandons work schedule. No complaint here, we all get to be together and that is the important part. I am definitely looking forward to my Future Father-in-Laws home made Mac-n-Cheese (did I mention he is a chef) and of course my PaPa's Lemon peper turkey (one word… AMAZING).

Fall is such a beautiful season, leaves start to change and the colors they make look amazing against the blue sky. It is unfortunate that most stores do not sell many Fallish Thanksgiving decorations. I remember shopping at my favorite holiday decor shop, The Christmas Tree store, and realizing that I had one little corner of Thanksgiving decor to choose from. This is a hard task considering I have a specific tatse in things and having one little spot does not help me get very much. What I do have has turned out beautifully.

I hope you enjoyed my Thanksgiving holiday schpeel and stay tuned for my Wedding Dress Shopping Experience. Follow me on Social Media and have a Happy Holiday and a full tummy for Thanksgiving!!
