Wedding Week Series: Bachlorette Weekend Night 2

You guys! Today is the last day of my Wedding Week Series and I am so excited and I feel so accomplished that I was able to pull this off on top of regular last minute crazy things that need to be done during Wedding Week!

I GET MARRIED TOMORROW! I am screaming! I cannot believe how fast everything happened during this last month of Engagement! It is definitely bittersweet knowing that my Engagement Chapter is over, but I could not be more ready and excited to open the Marriage book! With that being said keep reading below and experience my Bachlorette Weekend night #2 with me!

We all ran a little behind that night because I was not completely ready when it was time to leave, I sat around talking instead of finishing my makeup and I had one of my gals finish straightening my hair. (Which was not actually a good plan, you will figure out why as you keep reading!) We finally make it to our reservation at Mi Ranchos downtown, my sister drove her car and my sister-in-law drove hers so we would have enough room for everyone. (And because my sister is not 21 yet so she was unable to go “PARTY” with us after dinner) We started the night with a couple of Margaritas and some filling food to get us through the night! Let me tell you that Mexican restaurants loooovvvee their alcohol and filled my drink with tequila! So by the time we got up to leave for the next location I was already HAPPY! Mi Ranchos parking lot was a perfect place for our first group picture of the night and then we said goodbye to my amazing sister, then made our way down to Garden City! This place is somewhere that I have been dying to try, but have not made it to since turning 21, I made it a point to get there on my Bachlorette weekend! At first there was barely anyone in the place, mind you it was like 8 o'clock, don’t worry the bartender (who happens to be a coworkers very sexy sister) informed us that in an hour the place would be packed… SHE WAS NOT LYING!

When we first got there it was a tad awkward because no one really had any drinks in their system and we were just warming up. (This was also my first time in like a “bar/club late night scene) The ring game gave us a nice leeway into the night and I am so happy that I got my ring on the hook! (If you do not know what that is, it is a metal ring that is on a string attached to the ceiling and you have to aim the ring to the hook against the wall and try to get the ring on the hook.) Then it was time for drinks! One of my dear friends and coworker ordered me the perfect drink, Pineapple vodka which literally only tasted like Pineapple, so it was freaking good! And of course we had to get our next group picture out of the way before we all got hamared and start looking like a hot mess! I finally got my Flower Wall that I have always wanted and that is where our Bachlorette Party photo was taken!

Garden City had tons of games to choose from in the back room called “THE GARDEN" We played Basketball and my tall gal friend beat the crap out of all of us at this game, followed by a Bean Bag Toss that consisted of my sister-in-law accidently knocking my drink over while trying to aim for the hole (don’t worry it was almost empty anyway) a creepy man trying to show me how to throw the bean bag and proceeded to claim himself as my partner, which is when I grabbed another member of our group to come next to me! Finally ending in literally know one winning because absolutely know one made a bean bag in the hole! At this point it started getting crazy busy so we walked to the front room which looks more like a Club, but was less packed. I grabbed me a water and then order me another Pineapple Vodka while chatting with my gals. One of my guests boyfriend showed up because he happened to be her ride home, his buddies were there, and he wanted to keep an eye on us considering it was a Saturday night! (My sister-in-law was the designated driver and made sure we were all together) I honestly did not mind because he gave me $20 and said “happy wedding” and he bought us shots, but we will get to that later! We walked back into “The Garden" and stood at the bar where the hallway kind of ends waiting for Giant Jenga to be free when this same creepy guy that was interrupting our Bean Bag Toss came fast walking through the hallway and proceeded to KISS one of my girls on the HEAD! The same girl whose boyfriend was there and made eye contact with her as soon as it happened! My sister-in-law was about ready to beat someone’s A double S!l and so was another guy that tagged along as a driver for another one of my girls! We settled with one of them telling security which was enough… for now! We finally get to play Jenga and I love it because each block that you take out has a dare that you have to complete on it. I got a strangers number which happened to be another BRIDE on her Bachelorette party! And I grinded up on one of my besties! This is when we get them SHOTS! He goes up to the counter and says hey I have a Bachelorette party going on but they don’t like too much alcohol, and the owner was like I got you! So we have know idea what was in it, but it is by far my favorite shot out of what I have tried! (It was dark pink at the bottom and then light pink in the middle and then clear on the top. I know there was sprite in it, you could taste that plain as day, but I do not know what else! If you do leave me a comment please!) Following Jenga we head to the front room again and request a song before we leave and then take a bathroom break before heading to the next place. As I am walking to the bathroom once again this creepy drunk guy knocks my BRIDE headband off of my head and gets in my face saying like I am so sorry, my bad i’m sorry! My Sister-in-law gets in his face and starts yelling let it go let it go, at this point I walk away and go to the bathroom where the other girls are and I start telling them what happened when my sister-in-law walks in fuming! Some other woman in the bathroom noticed and realized that that same guy and two others have been scoping out the place and doing that to other women all night! At that point we were like yep, it is definitely time to go! I was told to stand by the bathroom wall while my sister-in-law goes to grab security to walk us out and tells them what happened. I get to the front door open it and low and behold it is literally pouring outside! So we make a run for it and get underneath an awning a few buildings down, but it was too late, WE WERE SOAKED! Now you may understand why straightening my hair wasn’t the best idea! But it was all worth it!

After a few minutes we make a break for the car and drive down the street to a HUKA LOUNGE. This is somewhere I did not plan on going, but glad that I was able to have the experience. (We went because my sister-in-law said that this was one of the funnest places she had been when she came out with her friends) We had to walk a minute to get there because the original one we chose was closed. Let me tell you! I was not dizzy while at Garden City. But when we started walking to this lounge I started feeling it! I grabbed hold of one of my girls arms and walked with her to the place because I was DIZZY! (Not a bad dizzy. Like I wasn't sick or felt bad, just funny because I had never felt that feeling before and have never drank as much as I did that night at any other point in time!) We were greeted at the door and I got a big CONGRATULATIONS! We picked our flavors and found an area to sit in. They brought us glow in the dark straws to put in the HUKA so we each had our own to smoke through and then the huge HUKA vases came out! They were nice and clean and I was impressed. We got Sour Patch and Strawberry flavors. (Of course Strawberry was for me, and it was AMAZING!) We all took turns trying it and a little while later my sister-in-law goes, “ I am dizzy. Do any of yall want some water?” So she goes up front to get us all waters and when she comes back she says, “Yall this has 0.03% Nicotine in it!” No wonder she felt dizzy, she had a Nicotine high! (The only reason why I wanted to go and said yes is because last time she came they got only water vapor and flavor, so I was like ya. I never wanted to put that stuff in my body so I refused to do it and even gave Brandon a hard time about it, and then I wound up doing it, ACCIDENTALLY!) I was not mad or anything, one because I was a little buzzed, and two it was my PARTY, and I wanted to have fun! And she had know idea so it wasn't anyone's fault! We took a few more puffs and lasted about 20 more minutes and then left to end the night dancing!

Sole` was Packed! But they also had the best freaking Halloween decorations! We had to show our ID's and show that we had a mask to get in. Unfortunately I think I left mine on the Jenga table at Garden City because I could not find it! But he did not notice so I got in! One of my gals and her ride went home at that point too because they did not have masks and her driver was getting really tired! (He almost fell asleep in the HUKA lounge!) We headed to the back bar and got us a drink and then sat down for a minute but decided to head upstairs to the “rooftop" so it would be less crowded and we would actually be able to think over the music! It did not last long though because one of us had to Pee and people started following us! We finally found a quiteter and more private place, but we were also able to see everyone and enjoy the music without having the fuss of people right up on us! This is when my girl knew it was time to get down! So we danced and had a great time for a few songs! She even gave me my first ever lap dance! I laughed so dang hard the entire time and I could not have enjoyed myself more than I had. The night turned pretty quickly though because my same dancing gal got really really hot so we went inside finished our drinks and walked out. We got lucky because the other designated driver for my coworker friend was right outside in his truck. He drove us back to my sister-in-laws car and said our goodbyes! But the night did not end there!

Waffle house here we come! My girls were hungry and my overheated friend really needed to put some food in her system! I can not thank my sister in law enough for taking care and looking out for us all night! She was definitely our rock and do not know how I am going to repay her! I was able to let loose and enjoy my first real night out partying and living it up because she was there! I can definitely say that it was the GREATEST END to the BEST NIGHT!
