Top 5 Favorite Fall Fashions: From my Closet

Welcome back to the BLOG! It has been a good minute since I have been active on the 50 Shades Blog section and I am happy to be back! I have absolutely loved all things WEDDING and the experience it brought for me as well as all the memories I will have stored in the webpages of this BLOG forever! (Although I am not completely finished with WEDDING related surprises just yet, I still have a few ideas up my sleeve that are upcoming!) The Fall season is in full swing, I am excited to share a few of my favorite Fall Fashions for this years “sweater weather” season! (Even though where I live in GA, it still feels like summer on most days lol) Below you will find a description, possible links, suggestions, and beautiful photos a friend generously took! Scroll down and enjoy the latest 50 Shades project!

FALL FASHION LOOK #1: IN LOVE WITH BURGUNDY DRESS

I cannot tell you how FALL this outfit makes me feel! burgundy automatically screams the start of cooler weather! The beautiful long sleeve high neck dress is paired with black tights giving the sleek dark look, which I think adds some depth to this fall fashion piece. Adding a gold chain necklace with a feathered pendant adds even more depth as the darker wine color adds contrast to the burgundy outfit. Keeping with the same wine color, the dress is brought into perspective when the ankle boots come into view. Having the booties and the necklace match definitely helped bring this fashion statement into the limelight! If you thought we were done with the dark contrasting Wine, you have been mistaken. Lastly I finished off the look with a wristlet that happens to be perfect for the occasion.

The dress is from Charming Charlies, unfortunately it is no longer in stock seeing as I have had the dress for a few years now. This look can definitely be pulled off with any of your favorite burgundy dresses though. The ankle boots (here are a similar pair from Amazon) were purchased from Charlotte Ruse, but can pretty much be found anywhere. The necklace is also from Charming Charlies and the tights are from Walmart, but again can be found pretty much in any convenient store. My wine colored wristlet is either from Walmart, Target, or Charming Charlies, but I am not sure.

This completes look #1!

FALL FASHION LOOK #2: CUTE IN ROSE

AAAHHH… this comfy, so soft rose sweater has me surprisingly asking for cooler weather! The blush fabric keeps you very warm on a chilly day! I love the cable knit detail on the front of the cozy sweater as well as the ribbed high neck line that adds even more warmth for the colder Fall and even winter seasons! The fabric looks as if it was Knit and reminds me so much of my Grandma’s favorite hobby. One last eccentric fact about the cozy sweater is the fabric is not only rose, but white! You can tell in the details of the sweater the lighter aspects of this gem! I believe this makes the top perfect in every single way. I paired the Fall outfit with tan Booties and lighter denim jeans. I think this piece is stunning with little to no jewelry, which is why I only have my name necklace displayed in one of my favorite Fall outfits! You can also dress this outfit down by switching out the really cute tan booties for a pair of Vans. I specifically appreciate my white ones for this Fall Fashion piece.

The perfect Fall sweater is from Target and is currently still in stock! My lighter jeans are from Old Navy, super comfy and stretchy! My ankle boots (here are a similar pair from Target) came from none other than, Charlotte Ruse! You can also purchase a pair of Vans or even knock offs from any clothing store, even Walmart!

The cozy Fall outfit is for sure one of my favorites and I absolutely love that we can throw in the lighter fall colors other than orange and the browns and still make them work, looking perfect for this season! The Fall fashion statement is definitely perfect for a casual day running errands or even a date night! Very versatile people!

FALL FASHION LOOK #3: CHECKERED IN FALL

You guys I have become obsessed with this multi-fall-colored Pocket Dress! The checkered dress has the cozy feel, while ascetically fashionable! The light and dark Fall colors shaded by the checkered fabric adds the depth the dress so beautifully accentuates. I paired the dress with tan booties to stray away from a darker Fall look, but will for sure look amazing in some black knee high boots or even tan knee highs to stay with the lighter colors of Fall. I am loving the gold chain with the dream catcher pendant that continues to add the lighter color to the outfit!

The Checkered Dress is from an amazing woman who runs her clothing line through Typically Blush’s website. The dress is still available, hurry before it runs out! The booties (here is a similar pair at Target) are from Charlotte Ruse, but can be purchased at almost any clothing stores. Lastly, the fragile Dream Catcher necklace was purchased a few years ago from a stand at the Arts in the Hearts Festival put on every Summer here in the Augusta Area. The necklace was hand made and very delicate which makes it all the more special. I purchased this item just before entering High School so of course I do not have a link to the company I bought it from, but have been able to find similar necklaces online.

I have fallen in love with this checkered all things fall dress! It is perfect for a date night or any Fall event happing during the season, I know this is my Thanksgiving Day outfit for sure! Thank you Tara Henderson and Typically Blush for my Turkey Day suit!

FALL FASHION LOOK #4: WELL CALL ME PONCHO AND COLOR ME PURPLE

Our next to last Fall Fashionable look comes together with four pieces, white skinny jeans, a white long sleeve shirt, black booties, and a dark plum purple poncho that definitely puts off some heat! I love the warm triangle piece of cable knit fashion. The scooped neckline adds a scarf look and the ponytail strings definitely give the poncho a statement look that cannot be missed. This look can be interchanged with dark jeans, even black to give it a gothic look. If it is a warmer day the long sleeve can be switched with a tank or even short sleeved, whichever is more comfortable for the wearer. I also have a pair of gray swayed calf boots that look amazing with this outfit!

The dark Purple Poncho was purchased at a Cracker Barrel store a few years ago, the long sleeve shirt is from Walmart and also available at almost every Clothing store. My white skinny Jeans are from the Old Navy Clothing chain and my black booties (here are a similar pair from Target) are once again from Charlotte Ruse.

I did not feel the need to add any type of necklace to this outfit because the layered neckline is perfect on its own! You can pair any kind of bracelet or fashion earrings to make the statement more elegant!

FALL FASHION LOOK #5: MOM TAKES ON FALL

This casual look is something I have been wearing for Fall and Spring for years! You may be wondering why I titled the look “mom takes on fall”, well I used to see this look as a cool teenagers outfit, but have recently changed my view, especially after sporting it for this shoot and to finish off the day. The jeans are what give it away for me! The white quarter sleeved knitted shirt has been a staple in my closet since High school. I paired it with a black undershirt to give the outfit some layers and wore my loose fade blue jeans. Adding the ankle role at the bottom is one of my favorite things to do with these kinds of outfits. I absolutely love my gray Vans and have always used them for this look and similar ones. To bring the outfit together and to help represent a more fall vibe I added a brown scarf that has flecks of gold string weaved in-between the fabric. You can add or loose the scarf depending on the weather/season or the fashion statement you are trying to make.

The white cuffed shirt came from yet another Old Navy clothing store as well as the loose fitted skinny jeans. The black tank top is from Aeropostale, but can be purchased from almost anywhere. My Vans were purchased from a Vans store in Tanger Outlets located in Myrtle Beach, but probably can be found in any Vans store. The scarf was a Birthday Gift from a friend given to me in High School so I do not know where it came from, but I am sure a similar one can be found online or in certain clothing stores.

This casual outfit is definitely a favorite of mine and has been for years! The look is perfect for errands, lunch with a friend, or a school day! I know I used it for each of these purposes on more than one occasion!
